ELT blogs contain many things that helped for English learners and teachers. Posts like giving tips how to handle and control children in the classroom, how many to make subjects fun, information about subjects, and other useful things. Being a teacher is not an easy job, so get many pieces of information and tips is a good thing. ELT blogs also useful for students because they also give lessons about English, like in larryferlazzo.com, he also has posted about English for every level, like beginner, intermediate, advance. From the list in Schoology, my favorite ELT blog is http://ozgekaraoglu.edublogs.org, I like it because she looks like a fun teacher from how she writes and she posted many fun things.

Hello, everyone! Today, I would like to introduce blended learning. One of the methods that teachers can use for their class. I used blended learning to make a lesson about descriptive text. The activity is design to improve student's listening, reading, vocabulary, and writing. My student for descriptive text is 10th grade. Describing something is very important and being used in many writing occasion. By knowing how to describe something, it would make the writing more detail. The students will watch a video about what is descriptive text. Then, they will read some example of descriptive text. Then they need to write 2 descriptive texts about a place and a person from the pictures in the Blendspace. If they have difficulties with the vocabulary,  there are also some examples of adjective that they can use. The students should do it for 1 hour and submit it before the lesson ends. At the end of the lesson, there is an assignment that students should do at home, and they s...
