My Experience in Collaborative Writing

Couple weeks ago, I learned about collaborative writing using Google Docs. I actually familiar with Google Docs because I have used it a few times. I choose to be Content Facilitator. I shared the work with one of my friend who has the same job. What I do on this project are:
1. I made my personal opinion about the topic, which I also shared it with my teammates.
2. I suggested the thesis sentence.
3. I add some words that connected to my friends' paragraph to make the paragraph more easy to understand or add something that strengthens the idea.
4. I also corrected some wrong words.

I think that this project is pretty successful because everybody worked and put some their idea. Also helping each other to finish the projects. However, I little bit didn't satisfied with some work because I think she didn't really do her job. Fortunately, she put some effort.

In the future, I think I will design a collaborative writing assignment for my student because I think that this is a great idea. Also, teachers can see who do the job and who doesn't. So someone would not be a hindrance for the team.

This is my friends and my collaborative writing:

Learning Descriptive Text Using Blended Learning

Hello, everyone! Today, I would like to introduce blended learning. One of the methods that teachers can use for their class. I used blended learning to make a lesson about descriptive text. The activity is design to improve student's listening, reading, vocabulary, and writing. My student for descriptive text is 10th grade. Describing something is very important and being used in many writing occasion. By knowing how to describe something, it would make the writing more detail. The students will watch a video about what is descriptive text. Then, they will read some example of descriptive text. Then they need to write 2 descriptive texts about a place and a person from the pictures in the Blendspace. If they have difficulties with the vocabulary,  there are also some examples of adjective that they can use. The students should do it for 1 hour and submit it before the lesson ends. At the end of the lesson, there is an assignment that students should do at home, and they s...
